30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with ValorsBox. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This applies to the first payment of a new subscription.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. You can request a refund in two ways:

  • Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email you used at checkout, and submit a refund request.
  • Or email our team at support@valorsbox.com with your order ID and reason for the request and we will work with Paddle to process it.

Renewal payments

Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges fall outside the 30-day guarantee, but we review pro-rated refund requests for renewal periods on a case-by-case basis where service was not used. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net to prevent future renewals.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
